About AmbéMiel
A company rooted in its territory
Ambré was born in Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, in a region where crops coexist and complement each other.
Here, orchards border cereal fields, hedgerows line agricultural roads, and natural cycles remain visible.
Our Story
Ambré was born from a simple conviction:
Modern agriculture needs living allies.
Recently settled in Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, we work at the intersection of beekeeping, agriculture, and respect for the land.
Our objectives
At Ambré, we cultivate an essential relationship between bees, the land, and the harvests.
At the heart of a rich agricultural region, we offer professional pollination services and produce premium honeys from a controlled and respected environment, in partnership with local fruit growers.
Bees at the heart of balance
Bees do not only produce honey.
They support the entire food chain.
Without pollination:
Fewer fruits
Less diversity
More fragile agricultural systems
Our role is to restore this balance, hive by hive.
The technique of the burnt hive
We use a burnt wood finish for our hives:
Natural wood protection
Increased durability
Fewer chemical treatments
Visual integration respectful of agricultural landscapes
An ancient technique, brought up to date.

Our mission
Reintroducing bees as essential partners in Quebec agriculture, by creating sustainable relationships between producers, the land, and living beings.
Our vision
An agriculture where pollination is no longer a detail, but a strategic pillar.
Our values
Balance
Responsibility
Transmission
